We are surrounded with technology, can’t live with out it, but many find technology very frustrating. Do you feel this way? Don’t worry you are not alone. I’ll be the first to come out and say it. It drives me nuts and I am a technology expert. In the course of business and pleasure the topic of conversation always seems to touch on technology and the problems it can present.
One of the most common causes is that products come to market too quickly. This has greatly improved over the years, still far from perfect.
I am sure you have read about the surprising drop in customer satisfaction with the new German cars, high technology incorporated into new models have most people very confused, at best, or making too many trips to the service department at worst.

You receive an e-mail from your bank informing you that there has been a glitch in the Banks internal system causing your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be wiped out. In order to correct the problem you are asked to click on a link that will allow you to set a new PIN. Everything seems to be in order and the link takes you to a page that resembles your normal bank website. You enter a new PIN and go back to checking your e-mail, assuming that you have just done a good thing. What you may not know is that you have just been a victim of “Phishing” fraud.
